The Visionmind gives you access to large- and small-format peer support as well as forums for discussion, community, and in-person connection:
Full community masterminding
We’ll come together monthly for full-community mastermind calls where you can get to know one another’s businesses and offer support as needed. We’ll also host roundtables quarterly where we can learn from one another in a supportive environment.
High-touch support in mastermind pods
This is where the magic will live. You’ll be assigned to a mastermind pod group with 4-6 women curated based on preferences that you specify are important to you. You’ll meet monthly as a small group to talk through problems and give each other feedback. You’ll also have a Voxer chat (walkie talkie + texting app) for your pod, so you can support one another on the go. These groups will shuffle halfway through the year so you’ll get to know more fantastic women!
Additional support as you need it
Throughout the year, you can tap into niched Peer Circles that are designed for specific projects or industries — and you’ll be able to request these to fit your needs. For example, if you’re wanting to land more speaking gigs, or you want to get all of the designers together, we could create a Peer Circle for that. As long as others are interested, we’ll make it happen!

How the Visionmind works

Who It’s For
The Visionmind™ is designed for business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs who’ve been in business for 3+ years or are generating $50K+ annually. But more than metrics, it’s for values-driven people who lead with generosity, show up fully, and want to grow in rooms that are high-integrity, high-caliber, and deeply human.
Joining the Visionmind
We open enrollment twice per year — in May/June for a July start, and again in November/December for a January start. Entry is by application only. While we look for certain experience markers, we’re more focused on who you are as a human: how you show up, what you value, and how you move through the world.
The Commitment
Each member commits to a 12-month container that begins in either January or July. This gives you time to build trust, create meaningful connections, and experience real momentum. Throughout the year, you’ll rotate through curated peer groups, attend monthly sessions, and participate in intentional connection points designed to keep you supported, challenged, and growing.
In-Person Add-Ons
Members are invited to join two optional in-person gatherings — one in spring (a 1-night strategic reset) and one in fall (a 3-night immersive retreat). These experiences are offered at an additional cost and are intentionally designed to complement your mastermind experience with deeper connection, restoration, and expansion — without being mandatory to get the full value.
What’s included when you join the Visionmind?
Monthly Visionmind™ Calls
Join us on the second Friday of each month at 11am ET for a 90-minute mastermind designed to expand both your business and your life. Each call is structured in three blocks: two peer-led mini masterclasses — one focused on a core business or strategy topic (like getting booked to speak or protecting your IP), and one centered on personal expansion as a founder (think: building a wardrobe of power outfits or planning for retirement when you’re self-employed). The final block of time is reserved for hot seats, where members can bring real-time challenges and receive targeted support and coaching from their peers.
Monthly Mastermind Pod Calls
You’ll be matched into a curated peer mastermind group — rotated halfway through the year to introduce you to new perspectives and connections. The mastermind “pods” are thoughtfully assigned based on meaningful commonalities like industry, business model, revenue stage, etc (you’ll get a say in this!). These small-group sessions meet once per month for 90 minutes, giving every member space to share current challenges, opportunities they’re exploring, ideas they’re working through, and receive focused support and feedback. It’s a space to be seen, heard, and stretched by peers.
Mastermind Pod Voxer Access
You’ll have ongoing access to your mastermind pod through a private Voxer thread — a voice note–based app that makes it easy to connect between calls. These voice + text threads are where you can share real-time updates, talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and offer support to your peers. It’s a space for quick check-ins, deeper conversations, and staying connected even when your schedule is full (think: on a walk, between calls, etc). It keeps the momentum going between sessions and reinforces the sense that you’re not doing this alone. (if you’re never used Voxer chats before, they can be GREAT for building relationships in a way that feels super easy!)
Access Niched Peer Circles
You’ll have the opportunity to join peer circles based on shared interests, industries, or strategic goals. These could include groups for podcast guesting, mental health founders, funnel builders, or whatever else the community calls for. Formats may include ongoing Voxer threads, monthly meetups, or quarterly calls — flexible by design and shaped by member interest. During onboarding, you’ll be asked what will be helpful, so you’ll directly influence what gets created and how it runs. These peer-led micro-groups are meant to offer deeper support and sharper focus alongside the core mastermind experience as you need it.
Quarterly Virtual Roundtables
Each quarter, you’ll be invited to join a community roundtable on a timely, relevant topic, curated in advance and led by members. Members can apply to serve as discussion leaders, each sharing 5–10 minutes of insight based on their experience and expertise. After presentations, Adriane will facilitate a deeper conversation, followed by open Q+A with attendees. It’s a powerful way to learn from your peers, contribute your perspective, and engage in thoughtful, high-level dialogue with people who care about the same things you do. Topics rotate and are designed to stay relevant to what the community is navigating in real time.
Curated 1:1 Connection Calls
Each month, you’ll have the opportunity to opt in for a curated 1:1 connection with another Visionmind™ member — personally matched based on your industry, skillset, what you’re looking for, or something we believe will make a great strategic connection. You’ll be able to share any specific goals, challenges, or types of people you’d love to meet, and you’ll be paired with someone who aligns. These monthly matches are designed to create momentum, spark collaboration, and deepen relationships — and we’ll ask you to raise your hand to opt in for these so you have the flexibility to skip if your calendar’s full.
Private Members’ Community
Our members-only Circle community is your hub between calls — a place to stay connected, exchange ideas, and tap into the collective brilliance of the community in a noise-free space off social media. You can use this space to ask questions, share wins, get feedback, and find resources in real time. This is a space designed to be engaging with thoughtful peers. This is where you can have meaningful conversation, mutual support, and building real relationships with people who are walking a similar path.

Quarterly Planning Sessions
Open to all paid Visionaries members, participants RAVE about these sessions — and for good reason 😉 Each quarter, you’ll step back from day-to-day execution to reflect, realign, and plan with intention. Q2 and Q4 sessions focus on reviewing the past quarter — what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next — followed by an AI-supported sprint planning process rooted in the scrum method. We do a longer midyear reset for Q3 with space for deeper visioning. And Q1 kicks off the year with a multi-day virtual planning retreat, complete with guest speakers, strategic masterminding, and guided vision work to set the tone for everything to come.
Biannual In-Person Events
Each spring and fall, we gather in person to deepen connection and create momentum. The spring event is a one-night experience designed for momentum and a quick, energizing reset — with focused work sessions (training, workshop, or mastermind style) balanced by curated experiences like a luxurious shared meal. The fall event spans three days and three nights, offering space to rest, reflect, and grow through a mix of intentional sessions and immersive, restorative experiences. Both gatherings are optional add-ons and thoughtfully designed to support your business, your vision, and the relationships you’re building in the room.

Twice a year, Visionmind™ members are invited to gather in person for immersive, intentional experiences that deepen community and spark meaningful growth. Each event is uniquely designed: spring is a short momentum-building, high-impact strategy reset; fall is a multi-day retreat for reflection and reconnection. Events are optional add-ons.

Reserve your spot in the Visionmind
If approved, you’ll receive a link to secure your spot for 12 months in the Visionmind (Jan-Dec 2026, but you’ll get access to the community as soon as you enroll). The cost is $995, or you can split that into 12 monthly payments of $95.

Secure your spots in either or both of the in-person events
After you enroll, you’ll be taken to a page where you can pay in full or choose a flexible payment plan. You will NOT be obligated to make a decision on this right away, but if you know you want to attend, you’ll be able to start that process right away! There is a video on the application page that will very clearly show you what this will look like and go into further detail about your options.

I’m Adriane Galea
When I started my first business, social media didn’t exist.
I grew a business to 7-figures/year before I knew “business coaching” was even a thing, much less an entire multi-billion-dollar industry.
For me, relationships and human connection have always been the most transformative and most substantial growth levers for my business.
So once I found myself immersed in the business coaching industry, I was thrilled to learn about masterminds, and eagerly made a high-ticket investment into one…
Only to learn that this ‘mastermind’ was really just a group coaching program (and one where we were told our Voxer message wouldn’t be listened to if it ran longer than two minutes — this was the same person who praised clients for not using support because it made them “self-led”). Color me shocked… and mortified.
The thing I wanted more than anything was to have a sounding board of peers — who were in a similar place to me or much further ahead — who would be willing to share as generously as I do and walk side-by-side doing business together.
I searched high and low for such a place.
Along the way, I’ve found some good (and some… not so good) communities. Each new group I’d join, I’d cross my fingers it wouldn’t turn out to just be a big pitchfest with the community littered with ‘thought leader’ style posts and people trying to drum up business for themselves.
I mean… I get it. We all want more business. But to me, relationships are NEVER transactional. I genuinely care more about every human I encounter far, far more than I do about making more sales.
THAT is the type of person I want to do business side-by-side with. THAT is the type of community I crave. THAT is the type of mastermind network I’ve been longing for all these years.
And at some point, I realized I was going to have to build it. And out of that, the idea for the Visionmind was planted.
I’ve created the Visionmind for the business owner who carries values similar to mine — who is wildly ambitious, but also loves to show up generously for others — and who has a big, extraordinary vision for their business and life, but will always show up as a human-first leader.
The Visionmind is for the woman who’s craving receiving support from her peers as much as she desires to give support to peers…
…but at the same time, also wants to grow a strategic network of business owners who share her values who can become strategic partners for referrals, collaborations, visibility, and more.
This is NOT for the someone who thinks they can show up every once in a while, “connect” by talking about their work and what they bring to the table, and then expect to land new business within a month or two.

Who should apply ?
When you apply, we are looking for you to meet one of the following criteria:
- Anticipated revenue of at lesat $50,000 USD in 2026
- In business at least 3 years and revenue generating
- Have previously built a business that generated at least $100,000 annually
More than checking off one of those boxes, we are also only interested in bringing in people who:
- Will, under NO circumstances, attempt to sell their products or generate leads from the community unsolicited
- Leads with transparency and have good intentions
- Loves to pour generously into their peers
- Generally has a great vibe: cool human, easy to talk to, friendly, and fun
- Treats everyone kindly and with respect, regardless of their sexuality, race, gender identity, etc
- Will actually show up at engage (as time allows)
When are the monthly Visionmind calls? What if I can't attend live?
Our standard monthly calls will be held the 2nd Friday of each month at 11am EST / 8am PST for 90 minutes. These calls will be recorded and uploaded to a replay portal.
When are the monthly mastermind pod calls? What if I can't attend live?
This will be determined by your pod after joining and should generally trying and accommodate everyone’s schedules (although we can’t guarantee it, of course). If you’re not able to attend live, your pod leader should email your pod with a link to the recording for temporary viewing.
When are the monthly peer circle calls, if any? What if I can't attend live?
Peer circles are very casual spaces and whether there are calls or not will be determined by the members. Peer circles may just be a Voxer-only space, members may arrange co-working sessions, and/or members may put casual calls together. This will be fully peer-led as needs arise, and peer circle calls may or may not be recorded; that will be at the discretion of the circle leader.
When are the quarterly roundtables? What if I can't attend live?
Quarterly roundtables will be announced at a future date, with the first happening in February or March, and then every 3 months after that. These calls will be recorded and uploaded to a replay portal.
What are the dates of the Visionmind?
This cohort of the Visionmind will run from Wednesday, January 8 – Wednesday, December 16, 2026. You will be given access to the community to start connecting right after you join, though!
Will Adriane (Founder of Visionaries) be running all of the mastermind pods or peer circles?
No, Adriane will not be running any of them.
After you are onboarded, you will be asked to complete a form to ask for general information so we can match you into the best-fit pod. On this form, there will also be question to see if you’d be interested in leading a pod or peer circle (along with information on what would be required, bearing in mind it isn’t much of a committment). Pod and peer circle leaders will be selected from those who express interest.
Are pod or peer circle leaders there to coach us or offer their servies?
No.
Mastermind pods are peer coaching, and your pod leader is considered a peer in the group, the same as you – their alternate function is to get meetings schedules, provide a meeting location on zoom, send reminders, and record the session with a replay link available afterward for at least two weeks.
Under NO circumstance should any pod leader (or anyone else in the Visionmind) pitch their services unless you expressly ask for the information.
How many people will be in my pod? In each peer circle?
Pods will have an average of 5 people each, but it could be more or less. Peer circles will not have limits; anyone who is interested in that specific topic or wants to engage will be welcome.
How much are the in-person events? Are payment plans available?
The Visionmind Immersion (2 days in Chicago) will be ~$1,000 USD, and the Visionmind Retreat (3.5 days in Scottsdale) will be ~$4,000 USD. Both will have payment plans available. The costs include programming, meals, and lodging, so the only additional expense you will incur is getting yourself to the hotel or rental (plus any spending cash).

Am I able to request a private room at one or both of the in-person events?
Yes! When you book your spot for either or both of the in-person events, you’ll have the option to upgrade to a private room when you checkout 🙂
Am I able to request a roommate at one or both of the in-person events?
Of course! If you have a biz bff in the Visionmind, you can definitely room together, as long as you both request each other! Somewhere between securing your spot and attending the event, you’ll be asked to fill out an event onboarding form (with things like dietary preferences, etc), and that form will have a spot to note if there is a specific person you’d like to room with or if you’d like us to assign a roommate to you.
Can I attend the in-person events virtually instead?
No, the in-person experiences will not offer a virtual alternative.
If I'm in the Collective or Collecive+ Coaching Community, will I need to pay for both if I want to join the Visionmind?
Nope! When you join the Visionmind, it will automatically cancel your payment plan for the Collective or Collective+ as well as prorate you for what you already paid, because the Visionmind includes both 🙂 (Just make sure you use the same email address to join!)
What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive an email confirming your application has been received. With the exception of the Thanksgiving holiday, you can expect to receive an answer within 1-2 business days – or an email noting any further questions we may have. If approved, your approval email will contain all of your next steps!
Do you offer a nonprofit discount?
If you are the founder or executive director of a nonprofit, please note this on your application, then email hello@visionaries.co with a copy of your 501c3 determination letter. If approved, we will send you a special link to join for $500 for the year (only 501c3s are eligible for this discount). There are no discounts for in-person events as we produce these almost entirely at-cost.
Can I cancel after joining if I feel it's not a good fit?
You may cancel up to 7 days after joining and receive a full refund (note this is 7 days after your first payment, not any payment thereafter).
Once the Visionmind starts, you will be able to cancel any remaining payments if requested by January 31, 2026, but no refunds will be given.
When you join the Visionmind, you are committing to the full 12-month experience, as well as completing all payments per the terms and conditions of the program. Please do not join if you are unable to or not serious about doing so.
