What’s included in the V-Squad
Community networking calls
These are more “traditional” networking calls where everyone gets to know one another. Our intention is for these to facilitate genuine connection rather than just everyone taking turns reciting what they do (or worse, turning into one big pitch!). Grab your coffee (or tea), and come meet other TVC members in small breakout rooms!
Virtual co-working calls
Join fellow TVC members for off camera GSD work sessions! In these calls, we use the Pomodoro technique, working for 25 minutes, then taking a 5 minute break, then another 25 minutes of work. These sessions are designed for accountability and productivity in a supportive, zero-pressure virtual space.
Founder office hours
Bring your real-time questions and walk away with strategic clarity from a founder (Adriane or another 7-figure entrepreneur). You can get direct feedback on launches, offers, visibility, systems, and anything else standing between you and where you’re headed next while making faster decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and implement smarter. (Which we love for you!)
Educational trainings
Get access to any of our $15 Visionaries Training Series calls. These are trainings, masterclasses, or workshops facilitated by Adriane. These calls are open to anyone in the Visionaries audience, but as a TVC member, you’ll get the class at no cost! The replay will be available for 14 days after it’s held, at which point it will become a higher cost paid product on our website.
Listing in our business directory
V-Squad members will receive a free listing in the Visionaries Women-Owned Business Directory (coming soon, expected value $50-100 annually) which will be showcased on our website which receives 55,000-60,000 unique visitors monthly and shared with our full email list (30,000 subscribers as of July 2026 and rapidly growing!).
Special quarterly growth calls
Access our special calls that happen once per quarter! Our quarterly planning calls focus on reviewing the past quarter followed by an AI-supported sprint planning process (people legit plan their whole calendar to be able to attend, they’re THAT helpful!). Our quarterly Pitch Parties starts with a short training on pitching then allows you to practice your pitch and receive feedback in a supportive, engaged setting with a chance to do a pitch hot seat with Adriane at the end.
Monthly guest expert masterclasses
Each month, a guest expert will facilitate a tactical, actionable training on various topics — covering things like visibility to finance to systems and more. These sessions are designed to give you practical takeaways you can implement immediately. (Plus access to replays!)

Who is the the V-Squad for?
The V-Squad is for business owners who believe in building human-first relationships and crave a networking experience that values connection and generosity over transaction.
When are the calls?
V-Squad networking calls are usually (but not always) on Thursdays as various times in the day. Other types of calls do not have set days or times, but we shoot to schedule events 30-45 days in advance so you’ve got lots of time to add them to your calendar!
How is V-Squad different than the free Collective community?
The Visionaries Collective is our community ecosystem here at Visionaries. The free community offers access to networking spaces on Circle, as well as live (no replay) access to guest trainings, and weekly virtual co-working calls. Members of the free community are also able to select a local TVC community (if available in their area) to attend in-person networking events (potentially at a cost per event).
V-Squad offers regular virtual networking calls as well as other virtual calls designed to help you discover new opportunities (like our CEO matchmaking calls), plus calls to help you grow your business (like our quarterly planning or quarterly pitch party calls).
V-Squad members also get access to founder office hours for Q+A with a successful founder, guest expert masterclasses (plus replays, which free community members do not receive), free live access to Visionaries trainings + workshops led by Visionaries founder, Adriane Galea.
We also want to prioritize V-Squad members receiving visibility opportunities with us, so we offer a free listing in the Visionaries Women-Owned Business Directory (coming soon) which will be showcased on our website which receives 55,000-60,000 unique visitors monthly and shared with our full email list (30,000 subscribers as of July 2026 and rapidly growing!). We’re also thinking of new, creative ways to showcase V-Squad members and your businesses through social media content and more!
Is V-Squad a "cancel anytime" style membership?
No, it’s a full year commitment. When you join the V-Squad, you are committing to the full 12-month experience, as well as completing all payments per the terms and conditions of the program. Please do not join if you are unable to or not serious about doing so.
What's your refund or cancellation policy?
Engage in Circle and come to at least one networking call within your first 14 days of of joining, and if we aren’t the community for you, you can request to cancel your membership and receive a full refund.
After your initial 14 days, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
