Apply to speak at the
FundHer Summit
The virtual event designed to help women founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners understand, navigate, and crush the funding process through traditional lending, non-dilutive grants, and venture- or angel-backed funds.
If your talk can expand someone’s perspective, help them gain momentum, or spark clarity or confidence to take action on pursuing business funding, we want to hear from you!
Tuesday, February 24, 2026 • Virtual • Free to attend live • Registration opens early February
How will the FundHer Summit work?
The FundHer Summit will be held live on Zoom on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Throughout the day, there will be four live panels (see below for breakdowns), four 30-minute presentation slots (currently reserved for sponsors), plus a live networking session.
Along with the panels and presentations, there will be a Circle community for attendees to have network, connect, hold each other accountable, and ask questions.
Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make promotion easy peasy 🙂
During the promotion phase and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the FundHer VIP ticket, which will give attendees ongoing access to all session replays, as the standard free ticket contains access to attend live only. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and grow your email list.
The panels we’re curating
At the FundHer Summit, we’re curating sessions that are educational, action-forward, and grounded in the real-life experiences of women who deeply understand the funding landscape. Each session is designed to help attendees make informed, empowered decisions and move forward in their funding journey with crystal-sparkly-clarity.
We’re focused on programming conversations that demystify funding, highlight diverse paths to capital, and spark the confidence to take next steps — whether that’s applying for a grant, opening a business line of credit, or pitching for the first time. Every panel, presentation, and pitch feedback moment is built to offer both perspective and direction.
Below is an overview of the session types we’re programming:
Lending
10-10:55am EST / 7-7:55am PST
Let’s talk bank loans, business credit, and financing you can actually qualify for. This panel will cover traditional and nontraditional lending options — from SBA loans and lines of credit to microloans, CDFIs, and business credit programs. We’ll dig into what lenders are really looking for, what makes you fundable on paper, and how to prepare your business to qualify for the capital it needs to grow.
We’re looking for panelists who…
Have direct experience with lending — whether as financial professionals, lenders, advisors, or founders who have successfully navigated the lending process. We’d love to include voices from community lending programs, traditional banks, and credit experts who understand what it takes to get approved and stay fundable.
Things we may discuss:
-
What are the most accessible lending options for early-stage or pre-revenue businesses?
-
What do lenders really care about when assessing your application?
-
How can founders build business credit — and what does that even mean?
-
What are red flags that could hurt your chances of approval (and how do you fix them)?
-
What documents or systems should you have in place before applying for funding?
-
How do you choose the right lender — and what questions should you be asking them?
Whether you’re a founder who’s secured funding or a professional who helps others do the same, this panel is designed to offer both strategy and solidarity around the lending process.
Investments
12-12:55pm EST / 9-9:55am PST
This session is all about helping women navigate venture capital and angel investments (where women are severely underfunded yet consistently overperforming… time to change that!). We’ll explore what makes a business fundable in the eyes of investors, what founders should (and shouldn’t) give up in exchange for capital, and how to tell if this path is even right for your business.
We’re looking for panelists who…
Are experienced in early-stage investing — including VC partners, angel investors, accelerator leaders, or founders who’ve raised venture or angel funding themselves. We’re especially seeking panelists who can speak to inclusive funding practices, realistic expectations, and founder-friendly deal terms.
Things we may discuss:
-
What makes a business “investable” — and how much of that is actually negotiable?
-
What’s the emotional and energetic cost of raising capital — and how do you best navigate that as a woman?
-
How do you maintain ownership, boundaries, and vision while still raising outside money?
-
What myths about VC or angel investing keep women from even trying — and what’s actually true?
-
What would panelists do differently if they could go back and raise capital again?
-
How do warm intros, pitch decks, and investor updates really work behind the scenes?
This panel is designed to help founders understand what’s possible — and what’s actually profitable — when raising outside capital.
Grants
2-2:55pm EST / 11-11:55am PST
Grants can be a powerful funding path with no repayment, equity, or strings attached — but the process can feel confusing, competitive, or potentially like it’s not “for you.” This panel is here to change that. We’ll talk about how to find the right grants, what makes an application stand out, and how to build internal systems that make applying less ‘spaghetti-at-the-wall’ and more strategic.
We’re looking for panelists who…
Have experience with grant funding — as founders who’ve won grants, reviewers who evaluate applications, or leaders who run grant programs. We’re especially seeking panelists who can speak to non-dilutive funding strategies and how to use grants to grow without pressure to scale fast.
Things we may discuss:
-
Where do you actually find grants that are relevant to your business stage or industry?
-
What makes an application compelling — and what gets it tossed?
-
How can founders repurpose assets for grant submissions?
-
What internal systems or workflows make grant applications easier and more repeatable?
-
How do you navigate imposter syndrome or perfectionism when writing grants?
-
How do you use small grants to unlock bigger funding opportunities?
This panel is all about making grant funding accessible, strategic, and part of a sustainable funding plan — especially for underestimated founders.
Pitching
4:45-6:15pm EST / 1:45-3:15pm PST
This session is where everything comes together — because no matter how you fund your business, you need to know how to clearly communicate your value. This panel will explore the art (and strategy) of a powerful pitch: how to position what you do, speak to what matters, and get the right people to lean in.
Unlike our other panels, this session will also include live pitch feedback from panelists. Select attendees will be invited to share their elevator pitch live — and receive constructive, encouraging feedback on how to make it more compelling.
We’re looking for panelists who…
Are experienced in storytelling, brand positioning, public speaking, fundraising, or pitch coaching — including investors, funders, coaches, founders, or leaders who help others shape and sharpen their message. Bonus if you’ve judged pitch competitions or led pitch prep programs.
Things we may discuss:
-
What makes a 60-second elevator pitch actually effective?
-
How much should you tailor a pitch to different funding sources?
-
What are the most common mistakes founders make when pitching (and how do you fix them)?
-
How can founders show up confidently even if they feel nervous or underqualified?
-
What’s the difference between pitching an idea vs. a company vs. a founder?
-
What do panelists listen for — and what makes them want to hear more?
This interactive session is designed to help founders refine their pitch in real time — and walk away with sharper language, stronger delivery, and more confidence.
Interested in a featured presentation slot?
In addition to our live panels, we have three 30-minute presentation slots available — exclusively reserved for top-tier sponsors. These sessions offer a powerful way to position your brand in front of a highly engaged audience of women founders who are actively exploring funding opportunities. Whether you’re a tech platform, service provider, accelerator, or funding organization, this is a unique chance to share your insights, showcase your expertise, and build trust with aligned founders.
What I’ll Ask of You
So this all sounds great, but what kind of work does it require of you? Let’s chat about it!
1. Basic information
The first thing I’ll need is some basic information from you so I can finish up our registration page and Speakers page.
Once you give me the thumbs up that you’re in, I’ll send you a link where you can upload all this information easily.
2. FundHer Resource Vault
We’re asking everyone involved to contribute a resource to the attendee Resource Vault. This should be a resource which you’d normally charge for, ideally, but if it’s a robust freebie, that’s okay, too. (Please note we’re not looking for webinar-style freebies that are strictly designed to lead to a sale.)
Attendees will be able to access the entire Resource Valut at no cost through Thursday, February 26. In order to access, they’ll need to go directly to your opt-in or checkout page, so the idea is you’ll be able to collect lots of email addresses this way 🎉
We’ll have all of your resources listed in an easily accessible spot for all attendees as well as remind attendees to check it out multiple times in email and in our popup Circle community. At the end of each panel, we’ll also invite each panelist to introduce their free resource to remind people to grab it!
3. Panel
Next up is your panel appearance! Each panel is a 55 minute live talk that is meant to be more friendly and casual than perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great, while having fun and feeling like everyone is approachable.
We’re not looking for curated answers, so there isn’t a need to structure your responses. Because of that, we won’t pre-release any of the actual questions (although you can get a sense for them above).
This is meant to be extremely low-lift for panelists but extremely high-value for attendees, so as long as you’re willing to be candid and transparent with zero gatekeeping in sight, all you’ve got to do is roll up on the day ready to go!
Note that we’re happy to share the recorded content of our panel with you and your team for content repurposing. When creating content from our panel, all we ask is that you tag us (or, if on Insta, feel free to invite us as a collaborator, but this is not necessary).
4. Promotion
The power of an online event like this comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.
Because of that, everyone is encouraged to share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period, starting on February 9, 2026.
Each speaker will be able to register as an affiliate, so any promotion can be shared using an affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any VIP upgraded ticket sales.
5. Event participation
And last comes participation during the lead-up to the event, during the event itself, and immediately after.
We ask that all speakers join the popup event space on Circle and encourage you to introduce yourself to attendees can get to you know. We’ll be encouraging attendees to tag speakers on Circle with any questions or with their biggest takeaways to help continue the discussion.
“Event participation” should overall be low lift for you. We’d love it if you created an account and introduction post in advance, then do a brief check-in on the day (Tuesday), and, if possible, before the event starts (Friday or Monday) and/orafterward (Wednesday or Thurday). We don’t expect you to spend much time here – as much or as little as you can spare will be great!
Affiliate details
All speakers will have the opportunity to promote the event as an affiliate, where you’ll receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event who upgrade to the VIP tier ticket (standard tickets are free). Payouts will be made by March 20 via ACH transfer (US bank accounts only otherwise a wire fee may apply) or submitted invoice – note that we are not able to pay commissions via PayPal (feel free to ask, it’s a wild story!).
All speakers will receive a 50% commission on VIP ticket sales.
The pricing structure will be:
- $59 on early bird through 6pm EST on February 12 ($29.50 commission)
- $99 through 6pm EST on February 25 ($49.50 commission)
- $149 starting February 27 ($74.50 commission – available on an ongoing basis as long as we have it available)
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, we’ll provide things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.
