Monthly Check-Ins
This is the accountability layer, and it’s the same monthly check-in I used with my private fractional COO clients. Each month you’ll submit a short progress update: where you are on big picture goals, what’s feeling heavy vs light, what’s working. It keeps you from drifting too far off the rails before a small wrong turn takes you way off course – and because I read every single one, I always know exactly where you are, so I can meet you there on our calls (and shape our private podcast around collective themes).

Monthly Visionmind™ Calls
Join us on the second Friday of each month at 11am ET for a full group mastermind designed to expand both your business and your life. Each call is structured in three blocks: two peer-led mini masterclasses — one focused on a core business or strategy topic (like getting booked to speak or protecting your IP), and one centered on personal expansion as a founder (think: building a power wardrobe or managing health + wellness). The second block will be for breakout peer masterminding. The final block of time is reserved for hot seats, where members can bring real-time challenges and receive targeted support and coaching from Adriane + their peers.
Monthly Strategy Call with Adriane
Bring your strategic questions – offers, operations, sales, team, growth, whatever is on your plate. This call runs until every question is fully answered. No one leaves with half an answer or a vague next step. And because you’ll submit a short progress update each month (which Adriane will read) highlighting your wins, what’s feeling heavy, what’s feeling light, and where you are on your macro goal, Adriane will have additional context for where you’re at, what you’re working on at the high level, and how you’re progressing without you having to explain each month.
Monthly Peer Pod Mastermind
You’ll be matched into a curated peer mastermind group — rotated halfway through the year to introduce you to new perspectives and connections. The mastermind “pods” are thoughtfully assigned based on meaningful commonalities like industry, business model, revenue stage, etc (you’ll get a say in this!). These small-group sessions meet once per month for 90 minutes scheduled at members’ convenience, giving everyone in the pod space to share current challenges, opportunities they’re exploring, ideas they’re working through, and receive focused support and feedback. It’s a space to be seen, heard, and stretched by your peers.
Mastermind Pod Voxer Access
You’ll have ongoing access to your mastermind pod through a private Voxer thread — a voice note–based app that makes it easy to connect between calls. These voice + text threads are where you can share real-time updates, talk through challenges, celebrate wins, and offer support to your peers. It’s a space for quick check-ins, deeper conversations, and staying connected even when your schedule is full (think: on a walk, between calls, etc). I’m Adriane Galea
I’ve been building businesses for over a decade – multiple 6 and 7-figure brands across different industries, including Visionaries, which I grew to a million-dollar brand in under a year.
Before I went all-in on Visionaries, I spent years working as a fractional COO and operations consultant, embedded long-term inside businesses doing as much as multi 8-figures a year to work through scaling strategy.

Who should join ?
Business owners who are already actively generating revenue or have previously successfully ran a business (as Visionmind will not help you learn how to market and sell).
We are also only interested in bringing in people who:
- Will, under NO circumstances, attempt to sell their products or generate leads from the community unsolicited
- Leads with transparency and have good intentions
- Loves to pour generously into their peers
- Generally has a great vibe: cool human, easy to talk to, friendly, and fun
- Treats everyone kindly and with respect, regardless of their sexuality, race, gender identity, etc
- Will actually show up at engage (as time allows)
When are the monthly Visionmind calls? What if I can't attend live?
Our full group monthly call will be held the 2nd Friday of each month (most months) at 11am EST / 8am PST for 90 minutes. These calls will be recorded (the beginning and end anyhow – the breakouts cannot be) and uploaded to a replay portal.
When are the strategy calls with Adriane? What if I can't attend live?
These calls may not follow a specific monthly cadence, but we’ll shoot for having these on Wednesdays. These calls will be recorded and uploaded to a replay portal.
When are the monthly mastermind pod calls? What if I can't attend live?
This will be determined by your pod after joining and should generally trying and accommodate everyone’s schedules (although we can’t guarantee it, of course). If you’re not able to attend live, your pod leader should email your pod with a link to the recording for temporary viewing.
When are the quarterly planning calls? What if I can't attend live?
The next quarterly planning call is July 14 starting at 12:30pm EDT / 9:30am PDT. After that, they will be scheduled in October, January, and April.
The bulk of these calls are generally not recorded, but there will be a replay of a previous call made available to you so you can go through the process on your own even if you can’t attend live. The Visionmind-only portion of the call at the end will be recorded with a replay made available.
What are the dates of the Visionmind?
This cohort of the Visionmind will run from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with a new member welcome mixer on June 30, 2026. You will be given access to the community to start connecting right after you join, though!
Will Adriane (Founder of Visionaries) be running all of the mastermind pods or peer circles?
No, Adriane will not be running any of them.
After you are onboarded, you will be asked to complete a form to ask for general information so we can match you into the best-fit pod. On this form, there will also be question to see if you’d be interested in leading a pod (along with information on what would be required, bearing in mind it isn’t much of a committment). Pod leaders will be selected from those who express interest.
Are pod leaders there to coach us or offer their services?
No.
Mastermind pods are peer coaching, and your pod leader is considered a peer in the group, the same as you – their alternate function is to get meetings schedules, provide a meeting location on zoom, send reminders, and record the session with a replay link available afterward for at least two weeks.
Under NO circumstance should any pod leader (or anyone else in the Visionmind) pitch their services unless you expressly ask for the information.
How much are the in-person events? Are payment plans available?
In-person masterminding will be in the ballpark of $1,000 USD each, and yes, payment plans will be made available. Costs overed by what you pay include the sessions and all relevant materials, facilitators’ pay, refreshments and snacks during sessions, and dinner + drinks at the end of the first day. Cost to travel to the sessions, lodging, other meals, and any other expenses are not included.
If I'm in the Collective, will I need to pay for both if I want to join the Visionmind?
Nope! When you join the Visionmind, it will automatically cancel your payment plan for the Collective as well as prorate you for what you already paid, because the Visionmind includes both 🙂 (Just make sure you use the same email address to join!)
Can I cancel after joining if I feel it's not a good fit?
You may cancel up to 7 days after joining and receive a full refund (note this is 7 days after your first payment, not any payment thereafter).
When you join the Visionmind, you are committing to the full 12-month experience, as well as completing all payments per the terms and conditions of the program. Please do not join if you are unable to or not serious about doing so.
