Adriane Galea

Founder & CEO

Adriane Galea is the founder and CEO of Visionaries, a community, media, and events ecosystem for women running people-first businesses. A lifelong entrepreneur, Adriane has built and scaled multiple businesses both brick + mortar and online, and has been behind the scenes of hundreds of businesses from brand new to multi 8-figures per year.

Through Visionaries, Adriane hosts The Visionary Files, a globally ranked top podcast, and awards the Hey Helen Grant, which puts $10,000 into the hands of a woman-owned business every month. She also produces the V-List Entrepreneur Awards, honoring 200 women entrepreneurs each year, and produces multiple annual live events, alongside Visionmind, her curated mastermind for established founders. At the center of it all is The Visionaries Collective, a virtual community now expanding into in-person chapters across the USA.
