Yes! While Visionaries has always naturally served women, anyone who vibes has a seat at our table.

We use language like “women” and “female founders” throughout our brand because that’s who this community has historically centered — but we are proudly gender inclusive. Nonbinary, trans, and gender-expansive founders are absolutely welcome, as are men who align with the values and energy of this space.

We know terms like woman and female can feel limiting — and we’re intentional about cultivating a room that’s safe, expansive, and welcoming for anyone who vibes with the mission, energy, and goals of Visionary.

Your standard ticket includes access to all main programming Sept 28–29, the welcome mixer on Sept 27, swag, networking lunches, all-day refreshments, and a beautiful closing dinner. You’ll also be invited to a virtual CEO Speed Date pre-event networking call.

Upgraded “Elevated” tier tickets includes everything above plus adds a full mastermind day on Sept 30 and a post-event virtual mastermind session for integration and follow-up. (Plus reserved seating at the front of the room and an upgraded swag bag!)

Of course. You’ll be able to note dietary preferences or restrictions in your registration form immediately after purchasing your ticket, and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

This is our debut year, so we don’t have a final count yet — but we’re capping the room at 100 to keep it intimate and impactful. As this is our first year, we may only sell a small fraction of that, which we’re good with! The space will be intentional, curated, and high-caliber as a boutique conference.

Yes! Once the venue is announced in early spring 2026, we’ll share our preferred hotel and a discounted room block for attendees. We’ll make it easy for you to book, and everything will be well-communicated to everyone registered.

In most cases, yes — tickets to professional development events are often tax deductible as a business expense. But we recommend checking with your accountant to be sure based on your specific situation.

Definitely. We’ll open a private community space inside our Mighty Networks platform about 6 months before the event so you can start meeting other attendees, sharing your goals, and building connections before you even arrive in LA. Plus there will be a virtual networking event before we hang out live, so you’ll know people in advance!

No, Visionary is fully in-person. The transformation happens in the room, in the late night conversations, in the energy of being seen and stretched by other women at your level, so we will not be offering a virtual ticketing option. See you IRL!

Speaker applications are now closed. All selected speakers will receive a complimentary social tier ticket and be expected to attend the full event. If you purchase a ticket and are later selected to speak, you’ll either be refunded in full or reimbursed the difference if you bought an upgraded ticket.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 30 days in advance. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else up until the transfer deadline. Just reach out and we’ll help get it sorted.
