The Venue

We are thrilled to be headed to The Line LA!

The Line is one of the vibey-est hotels you can imagine (so many Instagrammable spaces – especially the restaurant and the pool area!). The onsite restaurant, Openaire has a menu designed by by Josiah Citrin, the only three Michelin star chef in Los Angeles.

And The Line is easy driving distance from nearby airports – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 13 miles away, and Hollywood Burbank (BUR) is 14 miles away.

The Location

The Line is in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles which is incredibly central – it’s a vibrant neighborhood that feels very much like you’re in a downtown area.

Koreatown is extremely walkable, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby – so most Visionary attendees can probably get away without having a car (saving on valet… we love that for you). Should you want to venture out, there are tons of cool things not too far. And the hotel is across the street from the Wilshire / Normandie Metro stop on the D line!

Monday, September 28 – The Audacious Vision

The magic begins! Day one is all about strategy, structure, and momentum — with sessions designed to sharpen your clarity and stretch your capacity. You'll also be placed into curated small groups for your first collaborative mastermind session of the event.

Tuesday, September 29 – The Expansion Era

Building on what you learned on day 1, we’ll go deep into leadership, operations, money, marketing, and scale — all through the lens of human-first business.

This day is about expansion with alignment: sessions that challenge you to grow without compromising what matters most. You'll also reconvene with your mastermind group to continue working through what you've learned.

We’ll close the day with an elevated dinner reception designed to celebrate everything we’ve built, clarified, and stepped into together. It’s a night of connection, reflection, and powerful energy — with special moments woven throughout, including honoring the Pitch Competition winner and recognition of our V-List honorees.

Day 03 (Elevated ticket holders only)

Wednesday, September 30 – Micromind Day for Momentum

For our Elevated-tier ticket holders, this high-touch day is designed to distill everything you’ve learned and get you clear on your next strategic moves.

We’ll mastermind as a "micromind" (10 people max, including Adriane!), hot seat, and break into smaller working groups — with breakfast, lunch, and high-level support woven throughout (and enough time to catch a flight home afterward).

If you’re ready for depth, direction, and intimate insight from your peers and Visionaries founder, Adriane Galea, this is where it all lands.

Virtual Micromind Wrap-Up

Elevated-tier ticket holders will reunite with the group and keep the momentum going in this follow-up half-day virtual session.

Every registered attendee will have the opportunity to submit one practical, high-impact idea they’ve used to create meaningful results in their business.

Your tactic could be a brilliant operational shortcut, an unforgettable marketing strategy, a leadership lesson, or a system that’s changed the way you work – the sky’s the limit as long as it’s something that’s created seriously epic results for you and/or your clients!

Once registration closes, attendees will vote for the ideas they’re most excited to learn about, and the five highest-voted submissions will be invited to take the Visionary stage for their ten-minute presentation.

I already work with a coach or business mentor. Will this really be worth attending?

Absolutely. Visionary isn’t here to replace your coach! This event is designed to surround you with peers, new (and big!) ideas, and high-level strategy. You’ll be immersed in conversations that expand your thinking, validate your next moves, and challenge you to lead at a higher level. Even the best coach can’t replicate the magic of being the right room with the right people!

I don’t have a business yet, or I’m not generating revenue. Is this event for me?

Not quite — and we say that with love. Visionary is designed for women who have established, revenue-generating businesses. Whether you’re making $50K or $500K or $5M, this event supports founders who are growing, scaling, have a validated product or offer, and have seen at least early traction. If you’re still in the dreaming phase, we recommend keeping Visionary on your radar for the future!

I don’t identify as a woman. Am I still able to attend?

Yes! While Visionaries has always naturally served women, anyone who vibes has a seat at our table.

We use language like “women” and “female founders” throughout our brand because that’s who this community has historically centered — but we are proudly gender inclusive. Nonbinary, trans, and gender-expansive founders are absolutely welcome, as are men who align with the values and energy of this space.

We know terms like woman and female can feel limiting — and we’re intentional about cultivating a room that’s safe, expansive, and welcoming for anyone who vibes with the mission, energy, and goals of Visionary.

What’s included with registration?

Your standard ticket includes access to all main programming Sept 28–29, the welcome mixer on Sept 27, swag, networking lunches, all-day refreshments, and a beautiful closing dinner. You’ll also be invited to a virtual CEO Speed Date pre-event networking call.

Upgraded “Elevated” tier tickets includes everything above plus adds a full mastermind day on Sept 30 and a post-event virtual mastermind session for integration and follow-up. (Plus reserved seating at the front of the room and an upgraded swag bag!)

For provided meals, can you accommodate allergies or special dietary needs?

Of course. You’ll be able to note dietary preferences or restrictions in your registration form immediately after purchasing your ticket, and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

How many people will be attending?

This is our debut year, so we don’t have a final count yet — but we’re capping the room at 100 to keep it intimate and impactful. As this is our first year, we may only sell a small fraction of that, which we’re good with! The space will be intentional, curated, and high-caliber as a boutique conference.

Can you assist with finding a hotel or hotel discounts?

Yes! Once the venue is announced in early spring 2026, we’ll share our preferred hotel and a discounted room block for attendees. We’ll make it easy for you to book, and everything will be well-communicated to everyone registered.

Is my Visionary ticket tax deductible?

In most cases, yes — tickets to professional development events are often tax deductible as a business expense. But we recommend checking with your accountant to be sure based on your specific situation.

I’m planning to attend solo. Will I be able to connect with other attendees beforehand?

Definitely. We’ll open a private community space inside our Mighty Networks platform about 6 months before the event so you can start meeting other attendees, sharing your goals, and building connections before you even arrive in LA. Plus there will be a virtual networking event before we hang out live, so you’ll know people in advance!

Is there a virtual attendance option?

No, Visionary is fully in-person. The transformation happens in the room, in the late night conversations, in the energy of being seen and stretched by other women at your level, so we will not be offering a virtual ticketing option. See you IRL!

Can I apply to speak at Visionary?

Speaker applications are now closed. All selected speakers will receive a complimentary social tier ticket and be expected to attend the full event. If you purchase a ticket and are later selected to speak, you’ll either be refunded in full or reimbursed the difference if you bought an upgraded ticket.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

What’s your refund policy?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 30 days in advance. If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else up until the transfer deadline. Just reach out and we’ll help get it sorted.
